What is a Warm Buddy?
A Warm Buddy is a high-quality, heatable product designed to provide comfort, natural pain relief, and stress relief. Warm Buddy items include plush animals, body wraps, eye pillows, and more – each containing a natural heat pack inside.
How do I heat my Warm Buddy product?
Most Warm Buddy products can be heated in the microwave. Always follow the warming instructions on the product tag or packaging. To heat in the oven, wrap the pack in aluminium foil and heat for approximately 30 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Before reheating, make sure it has cooled to room temperature.
- Remove any outer cover (if applicable).
- Place the inner pack in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The maximum heating time is shown on the label attached to each pack.
- Always test the temperature before use to make sure it’s right for you.
Why is my Warm Buddy damp after heating?
The natural grains in the inner heat packs release moisture when heated. This is more noticeable during the initial heating. If the dampness is bothersome, heat the inner pack separately for the first 5 heatings.
Can I use my Warm Buddy cold?
Yes! You can place the inner pack in a sealed plastic bag and freeze it for at least 1–2 hours. Cold therapy is great for swelling, headaches, or cooling down on hot days.
What are the heat packs filled with?

Are all grain packs the same?
