You can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

When we receive your returned item and we process it, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns must be packaged properly and insured or they will not be accepted.
What A Jewel is not responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping cost.
The shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.
If there is a manufacturing defect: Please contact us before returning item. Give us details about the defect (attach a photo if possible).
We will send you a shipping label by mail or email, which you can affix to the parcel to mail it back to us.* When the item is received we will evaluate the defect. If we deem it valid, we will replace the item. If we deem the item to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges.
Error in shipment on our part: (incorrect items) Please contact us before returning item. We will send you a shipping label by mail or email, which you can affix to the parcel to mail it back to us.*
On receipt of the returned incorrect item we will immediately ship the originally ordered item.
Change an order: Please contact us immediately. We may be able to change your order depending on how far the order is in processing. (At our discretion.)
* CANADA ONLY – USA and International customers must pay for return shipping, for which they will be reimbursed if the criteria above are met.
