SPECIAL:

Shipping:

Shipping is based on Canada Post or Canpar with all items in the order going to one address. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

The rates are:

Canadian Provinces:

• CAD 8.00 for orders under CAD 79.00 
• Orders over CAD 79.00 before shipping or taxes, shipping is FREE

Canadian Territories:

• Flat rate of CAD 16.00 for all orders.

Continental USA:

• CAD 12.00 for orders under CAD 79.00
• Orders over CAD 79.00 before the shipping cost, shipping is FREE

International: (Orders to Europe, Australia and New Zealand)

• CAD 45.00 for orders under CAD 250.00
• Orders over CAD 250.00 before the shipping cost, shipping is FREE

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

Please contact us at orders@whatajewel.com before returning item.

Once we receive your returned item and we process it, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns must be packaged properly and insured or they will not be accepted.

What A Jewel is not responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping cost.

The shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.

If there is a manufacturing defect:
Defective items can be returned to us. When the item is received we will evaluate the defect. If we deem it valid, we will replace the item and reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges. If we deem the item to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

Error in shipment on our part: (incorrect items)
On receipt of the returned incorrect item we will immediately ship the originally ordered item. We will reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges.

Change and order:
You may change an order if the order has not yet been processed.
