Canadian Provinces:

Shipping by CANADA POST expedited parcel, with all items in the order going to one address. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

• CAD 7.95 for orders under CAD 50.00
• CAD 6.50 for orders above CAD 50.00 and under CAD 100.00
• Orders CAD 100.00 and over - shipping is FREE
• Order amounts are calculated before shipping or taxes
• Allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery, from date shipped.

Canadian Territories:

• Flat rate of CAD 25.00 for all orders.

Continental USA:

Shipping by FEDEX GROUND with all items in the order going to one address. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

• CAD 14.95 on orders under CAD 100.00
• CAD 9.95 on orders over CAD 100.00 and under CAD 200.00
• FREE Shipping to the Continental USA on orders over CAD 200.00
• Allow 2 - 6 business days for delivery, from date shipped.

International:

• For orders to be delivered to countries other than Canada and the Continental USA, please Contact us (a default amount of $300 has been set)
• Orders to be delivered to a US or Canadian address - local Canadian or USA rates above apply.

The customer is responsible for any fees, taxes or customs duties charged by any country, state or province.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item and we process it, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns must be packaged properly and insured or they will not be accepted.

What A Jewel is not responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping cost.

The shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.

If there is a manufacturing defect:
Defective items can be returned to us. When the item is received we will evaluate the defect. If we deem it valid, we will replace the item and reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges. If we deem the item to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

Error in shipment on our part: (incorrect items)
On receipt of the returned incorrect item we will immediately ship the originally ordered item. We will reimburse the customer for the return shipping charges.

Change an order:
You may change an order if the order has not yet been processed.
