Wooly is adorable! After a smooth ordering process on whatajewel.com and regular communications about the status of the order, he arrived quickly (from Canada to Kentucky) and was even cuter (and larger!) than I expected. He was purchased as a gift for a friend's mother who is going through chemo treatments - partly because the removable heating pad will be useful, and partly just to simply make her smile. I can't wait to give him to her! Thanks for a great online purchasing experience. :)
